Three veteran journalists recall their mentor Mal Goode, while discussing the new biography, “Mal Goode Reporting–The Life and Work of a Black Broadcast Trailblazer”

Randall Pinkston is former CBS Correspondent (including White House 1991-92), former Professor of Practice, Morgan State University School of Global Journalism and Communication, currently Associate Director, Morgan State Center for New Media and Strategic Initiatives.

Melba Tolliver is a longtime WABC Eyewitness News, WNBC 4, and News 12 Long Island anchorwoman and reporter.

Lifelong journalist Eric V. Tait is past President of the New York Association of Black Journalists, and received NYABJ’s Lifetime Achievement Award in Broadcasting.
