Sally Koslow was born in Fargo, North Dakota. She holds a degree in English from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She was an editor-in-chief of both McCalls and Lifetime, was an editor at Mademoiselle and Woman’s Day, and teaches creative writing at the Writing Institute of Sarah Lawrence College. Her essays have been published in numerous publications including More, O: The Oprah Magazine, an The New York Observer. Her novels include with Friends Like These, The Late, Lamented Molly Marx and Little Pink Slips.
